Family with children suitable relaxation spot

You won't believe how clean the place is! Every corner was spotless! The food was REALLY tasty and even though it was a bit pricey, it was so worth it!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what, sometimes you gotta pay for quality, right?

Old and unclean tube accommodations need attention!!! Overpriced amenities including food and drinks detracted from our experience. Wi-Fi connectivity should improve because we struggled to connect!!! Offering a free taxi service would enhance the convenience!!!

The location was a huge plus. Being right on the beach was amazing. the sand was clean, and the water was clear. The Tube Deluxe Double Garden View room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the nice sitting terrace outside, perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean every day. Breakfast was a highlight. crispy bacon and eggs made to order. Sopha and Chanda, the restaurant staff, provided incredible service, remembering my preferences without me even needing to ask. However, there were a few nuisances. The pool area had a few broken tiles that caused two kids to cut their toes, which should be addressed. Also, mosquitoes were rampant, so bringing bug spray is essential. Initially, I struggled with the room lock, which required a specific technique to turn. Overall, while there were some minor issues, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

My stay at Tube Resort was delightful. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, always ensuring I felt welcomed. The beach was right outside my door, offering stunning views and a lovely swimming pool nearby—idyllic for relaxation.

Dining options need improvement.

It was just a commendable fit for shopping in Koh Rong Sanloem with best value for money ratio. The staff's polite behavior made up for some minor issues.

The room was lovely and clean, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I loved chilling by the beachfront and lounging at the pool after a day of exploring. Only downside was the limited food options over multiple nights, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊
